The Elephant Promise
We love elephants. They stand for strength, community, and wisdom. Yet their habitats are shrinking, and poaching threatens their survival. That’s why we offset all unavoidable CO₂ emissions from our events by protecting one of the largest and most fascinating species on our planet – the African elephant.
How it works:
We calculate your event’s CO₂ footprint using the Atmosfair climate calculator. Based on the calculated emissions, we recommend a compensation amount – your donation to support elephant conservation.
And because shared responsibility creates greater impact, we double the recommended contribution.
Your donation goes directly to our partner foundation, the Elephant Crisis Fund (ECF) – one of the world’s most respected organizations dedicated to protecting elephants and their habitats. This initiative supports over 650 projects across 44 countries in Africa and Asia. Its mission: to end poaching, secure habitats, and promote peaceful coexistence between humans and elephants.
100% of every donation goes directly toward elephant protection – with no deductions for administration or marketing. This ensures that your contribution reaches exactly where it matters most: the heart of nature.
Afterwards, you’ll receive an impact certificate with full details – transparent, verifiable, and with genuine value for nature and wildlife.

Time to take action – for events that make an impact, not a burden
The numbers speak for themselves: a single in-person event with 1,000 participants produces, on average, more than 530 tons of CO₂ – just from travel, accommodation, and energy consumption. Each participant generates around 1.89 kilograms of waste per day. And globally, the event industry accounts for over 1.5 billion tons of CO₂ every year.
This shows that our experiences leave traces – not only in our memories, but also in our environment. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
