We design and deliver sustainable events that conserve resources and minimize environmental impact. Our approach includes:

A portion of our proceeds supports the Elephant Foundation, dedicated to protecting these magnificent creatures.

We reduce emissions through:

  • Selection of energy-efficient venues (Green Venue Standard, Sustainable Partner Berlin)

  • Preferential use of train and public transport

  • Collaboration with regional service providers

  • Digital communication instead of printed materials

5.2 Resource Management

  • Decorative and stage elements are used according to the Re-Use principle

  • Rental furniture and reusable materials are standard

  • Paper consumption reduced by 45% through digital programs and tickets

  • Waste separation in at least 4 categories per event; recycling rate: 87%

6. Sustainable Procurement & Supply Chain

We collaborate with a network of responsible partners:

  • Preferred Supplier List: Only vendors with environmental and social certifications (organic labels, fair working conditions, regional sourcing)

  • Sustainability Clause: Mandatory part of every tender and contract

  • Catering: Regional ingredients, at least 50% vegetarian or vegan

  • Decoration: Low-carbon logistics, upcycling, and return concepts

Target 2026: 80% of all suppliers to have sustainability certification or self-commitment.
